Cancellations

Any order is eligible for cancellation up to 48 hours of confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once shipped.

Damaged Products

Although we strive our best to secure goods during transportation, we understand events out of our control with border securities is inevitable. If your goods are damaged, please do not throw away any packaging. We will do our best to replace or refund the good, based on the situation.
